SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP Recertification
HR Metrics is the sole SHRM Recertification Provider in Pakistan. To ensure currency of expertise of SHRM Certified professionals in the light of contemporary HR trends and to facilitate their recertification on sustainable basis, HR Metrics has designed a seamless process package.
- HR Metrics will arrange at least two webinars per month. Duration of each webinar will be at least 1 hour (1 PDC). With this pace, it is expected that members will get at least 24 PDCs per year hence at least 72 PDCs in 3 years. (SHRM requirement is 60 PDCs).
- Webinars will be focused on cutting edge emerging topics/tools including HR Standards, Analytics, SHRM Competency Framework, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Total fee for 3 years package $ 600 (approximately $10 per PDC).
- Long-duration Training programs are not be included in this package.
- If anyone’s recertification is due and the person has not been able to accumulate PDCs, please contact us. We will provide you access to training of our online programs followed by test. All our programs are pre-approved for SHRM recertification credits.
- Please note that HR Metrics Coordinator will inform registered members via email and WhatsApp regarding upcoming webinars in advance. PDC activity code will shared with attendees only. In case you miss the webinar, then Coordinator will share webinar recording for viewing within one week. PDCs will ONLY be given if you attend webinar or view the recording and confirm.
- HR Metrics Coordinator will maintain record of start and end date for recertification members. Duration will be on 3 years roll over basis. For example, you subscribe on 16 Sep 2021 so your package will expire on 30 Sep 2024 automatically. It will not be carried forward unless resubscribed.
HR Metrics has produced certified professionals in 4 domains. SHRM, ISO 30414, DICP and HCM Analytics. To help SHRM Certified professionals in their recertification, we have created a plan of recognition of our alumni. For individuals with two or more certifications, we provide the following discount:
1. All those who have 2 certifications such as SHRM and ISO 30414, they are eligible for 30% (US $ 180) on recertification programs fee $ 600.
2. 3 certification holders are eligible for 40% discount (US $ 240).
3. 4 certification holders are eligible for 50% discount or (US $ 300).
