Uzair Ejaz Virk, holds a Master’s degree in MBA from Lahore School of Economics, which has further equipped him with a strong understanding of business administration and human resource management.
Currently he serve as the Assistant Manager HR at Samsung Electronics Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. where he is responsible for overseeing the entire HR process, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and employee benefits. Previously, he worked as Senior HR Coordinator / Payroll Specialist at HRSG Outsourcing and was managing HR operations and Payroll of more than 700 employees, with responsibilities ranging but not limited to HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Payroll Administration and Organization Development. He also worked with renowned companies such as Descon and Maersk Line.
His colleagues know him as highly competent problem solver who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. Wherever he go, he spend some time understanding the business practices and come up with new ideas. He perform well alone, but he is at his best working with others.
