Umer Raza Bhutta is the CEO and Founder of Abundance Business and Consulting and has been in the profession of Human Resources for over Twenty Years. He is a Qualified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) the UK and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) SHRM (USA). During his career, he served as Head of HR for industry leaders in their respective industries, such as Crescent Bahuman Ltd. Faisalabad & Islamabad Serena Hotel and Transworld Associates.
He is an authorized trainer, consultant, and Coach for the National Business Development Program of Government of Pakistan for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), visiting faculty member for Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Center (PITAC) and trainer with the National Productivity Organization (NPO) – Ministry of Industries, Govt. of Pakistan. He is also the author of three books “CHOOSE OR BE CHOSEN”, “CHAHAT (The Want)” and “BECOMING AN ENTREPRENEUR”.
SHRM Certification learning process has helped him to gain an in-depth understanding of a wide array of Human Resource theories and practices. The learning process has been transformational, which helped to approach the Human Resource discipline in an organization in a thoughtful, sustainable, and pragmatic manner.
