This thinking exercise led me to sign up for ISO 30414 Lead Auditor certification.”

It is needed to guarantee that an organization is observing and building up the workforce adequately against worldwide benchmarks. ISO 30414 Standard through data and people analytics, enables the organization to assess the performance of its HR program and the workforce. It also satisfies stakeholders’ and shareholders’ prerequisite by unveiling the organization’s strength and enhancing credibility and accountability. The more in-depth insight gained due to the application of ISO 30414 Standard can significantly improve efficiency and performance since the Standard provides a quantitative view of the most valuable asset and resource in an organization, its people. Furthermore, ISO 30414 shows the correct picture of the organization to its internal stakeholders and depicts the growth opportunity and future viability of the organization to its external stakeholder.
