Syed Sajid Raza is the Senior Human Resource Consultant at Milan Solutions. Having an overall 23 years of experience, out of which 15 years in leading & controlling the HR & Admin department in various multinational organizations in Pakistan, including OPI International, SGS Pakistan, Asia Petroleum Limited, Habib Oil Mills, Total Parco Pakistan Limited-Lahore, Total Oil Pakistan Limited-Karachi. His last assignment was in a manufacturing FMCG concern, Iffco Pakistan, where he led & managed overall HR & General Administration for almost six years. He possesses rich exposure & experience in the core HR areas such as Recruitment & Selection, In-House Training, Employee Relations, Dealing with Labour Union & pursuing matters in Labor Courts of Pakistan. Upon attending the session “Competent in ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting Standard” conducted by HR Metrics, Syed Sajid commented on how the ISO 30414 Human Capital Reporting standard provides a complete structure of quantifiable management of Human Resource in any organization. He emphasized that the application of ISO 30414 is a practical approach to address the questions raised by stakeholders as well as the shareholders. Syed Sajid believed that it is a great learning tool for HR professionals that enables them to learn to identify the operational gaps & to articulate the benefits of core HR functions.
