Shamsher Farooq, Head of ER & HRBP Supply Chain at Unilever Pakistan Limited is working in a fast-paced dynamic organization with one of the most diverse product portfolios and delivering innovative HR solutions to meet the business challenges while putting end consumers at the center stage. He has done multiple business partnering roles that include, partnering a diverse sales team scattered across the country to partnering a manufacturing operation based at a remote site, shackled by legacy practices and a unionized culture. He has a master’s degree in HR from NUST Business School and has always had a strong belief that HR plays an indispensable role in creating value for the organization. His biggest strength has been agility; adapting to numerous diverse environments that helps him flex different skills.
