Brigadier Rizwan Mahmud SI(M), Retired, is a seasoned HR and Admin professional with 30 years of upfront Human resource Management, Security and Administration experience. He holds a Masters Degree in Art and Science of Warfare from Balochistan University, Masters in Strategic Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Riphah International University, Rawalpindi. Brigadier Rizwan has travelled extensively and has served as a logistics officer in a contingent supporting UN Mission in Sierra Leone (UNAMSIL). He is a qualified Helicopter Pilot with flying experience on various rotary wing machines in a variety of challenging conditions and has served as a Helicopter Instructor and Maintenance Test Pilot for nineteen years.

Presently, he is employed as General Manager HR, Admin IT & Security in AJCL (Pvt) Limited since November, 2021.
