Qurat ul ain Arsalan is an HR Manager at Feroze1888 Mills where she is responsible for the design and delivery of bespoke training programs. Her role is to help with the learning and development of the organization by coaching and developing its people and in doing so supporting its success. Qurat ul ain is also responsible for recruitment in identified functional areas and performance management.

She has a wealth of experience in the Textile industry in a multitude of disciplines ranging from Manufacturing and Supply Chain to Product Development and Human Resource Management. Qurat ul ain has a Masters Degree in Textiles, with a background in Engineering and Development. With more than a decade spent on polishing her management skills and engineering skills she has obtained an insight that ‘If an organization manages it employees well so in turn will be the other functional areas’, hence with this insight began her career in HR.
