Nida Munir is an energetic and ambitious professional who has a mature and responsible approach to handling change management and challenging situations that come with it. Having a background in industrial and organizational psychology with more than 10 years of combined experience in the field of I/O psychology, talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development, her core potential area is “People Development” and has extensive hands-on experience in change management through skill development, competency enhancement, and behavioral grooming. She holds M.Phil in Psychology and also completed a management development program from AOTS Japan. She is a certified hypnotherapist from NGH, USA and a certified trainer.
