WiN, their Women in Nestlé Network, has been a trailblazer for empowering, developing, and fostering a sense of community among women in the organization.
Their initiative “Kero Aitemaad” addresses systemic barriers that prevent young females from working in male dominated roles. The program has engaged 202+ females since 2016 and continues to inspire and develop young female professionals for a successful career.
