He has successfully formulated HR policies, procedures, and strategies, designed job evaluations and compensations, and conducted employees’ engagement as well as HR stakeholders’ management surveys to address issues related to staff retention, engagement, and performance. He is a strategic thinker and thought leader who influences and advises as a business partner to promote organizational development and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Muhkam is a lifelong learner and strong believer in continuous development and has recently completed the SHRM certification from the Society of the Human Resource Management and a certification in Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks from the HR Metrics/Diversity Hub USA.
