Muhammad Naveed, Manager HR at Almoiz Industries Limited started his professional career back in 2006 from Style Textile in HR Department as compensation and benefits officer and completed his MBA in 2017. He learned a lot about HR operation, compensation and also successfully implemented HRIS there. In 2017 he joined Almoiz Industries as Deputy Manager HR (Compensation & Benefits Analytics). He successfully implemented HRIS and online payment system. He is currently working as a Manager HR. His responsibilities are HR Analytics, C & B, online payments, Operations, preparation of HR Dashboard and to assist SVP HR.

He did SHRM Certification  to add competence in his HR profession. He added, “This program is a great opportunity for  learning updated HR techniques”.  According to Naveed this program strengthened his organizational performance.
