One of his most notable career stints was at Mercer where he served as a Senior Principal, leading their Rewards & Performance practice. Key achievements at Mercer included establishing and leading Mercer’s Rewards Practice in the Middle East, where he provided consulting/advisory to various organizations in the public and private sector. His illustrious career is marked not only by profound accomplishments in leadership but also by notable academic achievements. Collectively, these attributes establish him as respected leader in the dynamic terrain of the evolving human capital landscape in the region.
Dr. Laghari believes ISO 30414 should be a key priority for organizations wanting to achieve standardization and consistent approaches towards their Human Capital practices. He thinks certification for organizations will provide recognition and reflect their priorities towards their people. He is therefore keen to work with organizations to help spread awareness about the ISO 30414 standard/guidelines and to help them adopt best practices.
