Lynda White
Lynda White, President of McLeod White and Associates Inc., brings over 30 years of expertise as a Human Resources professional with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Through her consulting company, Lynda has championed organizational development, supporting government, corporate, and non-profit clients in strategic planning, leadership, systems thinking, and the facilitation of inclusive, sustainable change. Her work includes conducting employment systems reviews, creating diversity committees, facilitating Human Rights Commission audits, and designing impactful training programs. Her clients include leading names like Agribrands Purina Canada, Frito Lay Canada, Nordstrom Inc., and the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA), among others.
In her consulting role, Lynda has worked with organizations like Frito Lay Canada, the Canadian Union of Public Employees, and Telenor Pakistan, focusing on sustainable change through cultural audits, strategic planning, and diversity training.
An active voice on multiple boards, Lynda has served the Montreal Centre for Research Action on Race Relations, the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work, and the YWCA of Metropolitan Toronto, among others. She is also a Past President of the Diversity Collegium and currently participates in the Global Community Dialogue on Leadership, Diversity, and Change. Her commitment to gender equality led her to the International Conference on Women in Beijing, where she contributed to the UN’s Recommendations on Women in the Workplace.
Lynda has spoken at global forums, including the United Nations in Beijing and Doha, and the International Labour’s Organization in Geneva, sharing her insights on inclusion and equity. Her work continues to influence DEI practices across industries, advocating for diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces worldwide.
