Upon the change of career, Khan strongly felt the need to remain abreast with the latest changes in skills, competences and trends in the field of HR. In order to achieve this, after thorough research and consultations he decided to obtain certification SHRM CP from the HR Metrics.
Obtaining certification from SHRM really enhanced Khan’s competencies and updated him on latest HR practices. This has actually helped in better management of Human Resource within his organization to achieve the desired outputs. For now, obtaining ISO 30414 certification from the HR Metrics will further equip Khan; not only to further enhance his competencies but will add to achieving organizational goals through compliance, governance, process improvements along with ensuring transparency and fairness in dealings thus making his organization enhance its brand.
