Cynthia Lili Chen is an overseas Chinese, currently working in an energy JV company based in Karachi as an Assistant Manager of HR. She completed her MBA in 2017 and in 2022 she received HRCI certification in Associate Professional in Human Resource (aPHR). Prior to her HR profession, She had diverse experience in sales of banking and telecom industry, due to her curiosity about people management and how organizations function, Cynthia embarked on this new career. Her journey as an HR professional has been inspiring and fruitful, she has grown as a person, and Cynthia’s vision has become broader. Her current responsibilities are talent requisition, performance appraisal, employee engagement, implementation and monitoring of HR ERP, and training and development. Cynthia is hoping with her SHRM certification, she will be able to take on more challenging responsibilities and tasks.
