Adeel Rahmani is the Head of Human Resources, Pakistan Petroleum Limited and he got his SHRM SCP certification from HR Metrics.
He is MBA by qualification and has acquired further knowledge and skills through various international management development programs, including a management diploma from IMD, Switzerland, and other leadership programs from Austria, Belgium, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, and UK.
Adeel Rahmani is a seasoned Human Resources professional having over 26 years of rich experience with major multinational and national oil & gas Exploration & Production organizations, including Union Texas Petroleum Inc, British Petroleum, OMV Pakistan Exploration GmbH and Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL).
Currently Adeel Rahmani is heading HR function and responsible for HR, IR and medical services of over 2,500 direct employees. He is also a part of PPL Executive Committee and is President of PPL staff club.
