GDIB Standards support organizations globally in the development & implementation of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) best practices. The GDIB helps organizations determine strategy and measure progress in managing diversity and fostering inclusion. The Centre for Global Inclusion USA is the home of the GDIB. The GDIB was written by Julie O’Mara, Board Chair and President, Alan Richter, Ph.D., Treasurer, and 95 Expert Panelists.
