EFERT takes pride in initiating its internship initiative in collaboration with the Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP). Presently, they have a workforce comprising of 13 employees with disabilities (PWDs), and they are ambitiously aiming to amplify this number 2.5 times by the year 2025.
