Tsuyoshi Hara is the Senior Representative for Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He also serves as Director of HBL Microfinance Bank. Tsuyoshi has over 15 years of technical and managerial experience delivering development projects and programs in developing countries at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). This includes extensive experience in infrastructure projects such as power, water, sanitation, and creating governance mechanisms for public-private partnerships.
