Beenish is a Learning & Development enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the Training fraternity. She has done MBA with majors in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Business Management. She is a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management, Certified Training Professional from Finance Accreditation Agency (Malaysia), and Certified Lead Auditor for (QMS) ISO 9001-2008. Beenish has worked in various training & consulting companies, business schools including Karachi School of Business & Leadership- Executive Education, and is currently working as Senior Manager-Learning & Development in Bank AL Habib Limited. Recently, Beenish shared her experience of attaining the SHRM certification through HR Metrics, “SHRM certification has helped me further validate my vision towards strategic positioning of L&D function; that no initiative of the organization can achieve its desired results without integrating Training and Development function in the loop. This means a greater need for business acumen, analytical skills, and consulting role of HR & Training for the rest of the organization, rather than performing merely operational roles.

It has undoubtedly improved my analytical skills that will aid in the overcoming arduous workplace situations that arise from time to time.” Intrinsically energized, Beenish loves to take challenges where skills and behavioral development is a prime mandate.
