Fizza Saeed is a passionate HR Professional holding an MBA in HRM and recently accomplished SHRM Senior Certified Professional global certification.  She is part of the HR fraternity for the last eight years and during this journey, she has been engaged in multiple strategic level assignments in various HR roles. Her areas of expertise are managing HR Operations in line with HR governance & compliance, risk management, implementing new programs to build and engage high potential workforce, and change management. She is a people’s person and enthusiastic about learning, knowledge sharing, and building effective relationships with stakeholders.

Talking about the SHRM Certification Learning experience, it was a tremendous journey where you undo the usual way of thinking and start perceiving challenges from a new perspective. SHRM learning is distinguished in a way that no matter what level of knowledge and experience an individual already carries, there are always useful and interesting lessons for them. Her take-away from SHRM-SCP Certification is a crucial part of her professional development as well as personal growth, this development is also directly contributing to her  job role’s strategic part and she feels  like a version 2.0 of herself. After this intensive and structured learning, all her actions and thought process are shaped in a new frame that is positively contributing towards effective plans, better solutions to the problems, and also aligned as per expectations of business stakeholders.
