Sadaf Shaikh – SHRM (SCP) Manager HR at Fauji Oil Terminal & Distribution Co. Ltd. on earning her SHRM-SCP certification in January 2025! 

Sadaf have recently completed SCP module of SHRM through HR Metrics. According to her she pursued this certification, as she felt that she needed a deeper understanding of the field to truly advance in her career and earning this degree has been a game-changer for her.
