Gamiel Yafai, a respected Diversity & Inclusion Strategist and author, brings nearly two decades of dedicated work to building inclusive workplaces across the Globe. His influential career began in publishing, where his work on the Race Relations Act ignited his passion for diversity. He later founded his Diversity Marketplace an Award winning global DE&I practice, delivering impactful programs for prominent organizations, including Imperial College London and The Victoria and Albert Museum, Channel 4, dnata Travel Group, and the Civil Service.

Gamiel’s expertise lies in creating DE&I strategies and implementing transformative initiatives that foster inclusivity across leadership and talent pipelines. His strategic efforts focus on both creating Inclusive Leadership Development Programmes  and empowering existing talent to achieve their potential through positive action initiatives.

Author of Demystifying Diversity and Yemen Proud, Gamiel is recognized as a thought leader in DE&I, frequently sharing his insights as a keynote speaker at industry events. His extensive experience includes leading workshops for D&I Leaders, Training over 500 DE&I professionals, and developing some of the UK’s largest inclusion projects.

Beyond his professional contributions, Gamiel is deeply committed to social impact. He serves as an a Trustee for Women Leaders UK, An Advisory at The Inclusion Foundation and The DEI Learning Academy International Festival and a founding member of The DEI Learning Academy Ethic Business Community which is a network of over 400 Ethnic Minority Led Businesses. His work continues to inspire progress toward more equitable and inclusive organizations across sectors.
