Zahid Mubarik is the CEO HR Metrics and founder Leader SHRM Forum Pakistan. He has the honor of being only HR leader from South Asia, who started work on developing ISO global HR standards in collaboration with 11 countries experts including USA, UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal and Pakistan, under the umbrella of ISO Technical Committee 260 HR Standards. He participated actively in HR standards development meetings organized by ISO in various parts of world including Washington, London, Melbourne, Rotterdam, Paris, Singapore and Bali. Currently, he is Chair/Convener of “ISO HR Metrics Standard”. Zahid is also Chairman HR Standards Committee Pakistan.
Zahid has been as Member Special Expertise Panel, Human Capital Measurement Metrics, Society for Human Resource Management USA www.shrm.org. He conceptualized the framework of Human Capital Analytics software www.hcmanalytics.net to align HR performance with organization performance. Zahid is the Chief Editor of HR magazine Workforce Tomorrow and supervises periodic research report on Human Capital Benchmarking
An internationally acclaimed thinker, writer and speaker, Zahid is an active speaker in national and international conferences. His analytical HR papers and expert talks have been featured by international media including Microfinance Gateway World Bank Washington, CNBC, Daily Dawn and Business Recorder.

Dr. Sitwat Husain is a very diversified and senior HR practitioner within the Country, having worked for both local conglomerates as well as blue chip multi-national companies, within and outside Pakistan. He currently is the Global Head of HR for Habib Bank AG Zurich with his remit interspersed across eight countries in four continents. He is also an HR Certified practitioner, trainer and instructor for SHRM-CP & SCP (Certified Professional & Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM, as well as for GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) from HCI His overall experiences in the last 30 odd years have taken him across six different sectors and industries inclusive of but not limited to Banking, Pharmaceutical, Engineering and the Insurance sectors. His span of responsibility, during these tenures, has been across more than twenty countries while working in different HR Leadership capacities.

Leon Menezez

Menezes is an MBA graduate of the University of Hull, UK and has corporate work experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Leon started his career with Pan American Airway in 1974 and moved to American Express in 1991. While with AMEX, he held positions in Sales and Human Resources and headed the Karachi travel office. He joined the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in 1999 and then Deutsche Bank, heading the HR functions. At AMEX he won the President’s Club Award for Sales and served for four terms on the Executive Committee of a world- wide employee group in Pan American Airways. He is a regular correspondent for THE FRIDAY TIMES with over 120 articles published. He joined Shell Pakistan Limited in April 2001 as General Manager Human Resources. He served as a Board member of Shell Pakistan from 2006 to 2010.
